• You demonstrate a proven ability to navigate and lead significant organizational transformations within complex business environments.
• You are an expert in business transformation/evolutionary change with excellence in a people centric approach based on human behavior, change management and more – from the strategy phase to execution and follow up
• You bring 5+ years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.
• You have excellent business development skills backed by a strong network and marketplace reputation.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English to effectively communicate and collaborate.
• You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field.
