The customer turned the challenge of outdated systems and manual processes into an opportunity to make HR an integral part of the business.
Background
The customer had manual and underdeveloped HR processes as well as systems with expiring contracts. In connection with this, the customer chose to review the entire HR function and how they wanted to work in the future. The purpose of the project was to help the customer develop an HR strategy to make the Human Resorces an integrated partner to the business with a clear connection to the business goals.
Challenge
The customer had processes and outdated systems that were no longer being developed. The organization also lacked an HR Strategy in line with its overall business goals.
Solution
We worked with the customer to develop an HR Strategy, with the purpose to make the shift from being an undeveloped support function to becoming an integrated business partner. The purpose of the HR strategy was to create a basic platform and conditions for a gradual shift over time..
Results
The program successfylly set up an HR Stretegy that led to the following results:
- A brand new HR Strategy in line with the organization’s business goals.
- Tools to make Human Resources an integral part of the business.
