Some key points and what you are offered.
Bloom is our unique, two-year tailored career development program. It’s a true people-centric learning journey: a chance to develop your skills and grow towards your goals by working on real, complex, challenging projects for our most exciting clients.
Unlike traditional classroom-based training, Bloom offers you extensive, experience-based training as you learn and craft alongside some of the best, most respected consultants in the business.
Our peer-to-peer leadership culture means we welcome new opinions: you’ll be involved from day one in business development discussions and strategic planning, emboldened to ask difficult questions and encouraged to explore your own entrepreneurial ideas as you create your own path to success. In short, we’ll give you everything you need to bloom.
The participants in the program will be a mix of graduates working across the companies within Newground Alliance. Although you’ll be employed by a specific company with its own specialisation, you will be given regular opportunities to share and discuss experiences and ideas with the other participants. Thus, you’ll be able to build a broad and solid foundation in consulting.
