Anton, can you tell us what you do?
Since I joined, I have learned about what life as a consultant at Influence People can look like. Right from the beginning, I've been given a considerably amount of responsibilites and trust together with freedom to test my own ideas, thoughts and knowledge. At the same time, I've always felt the support from my incredibly skilled colleagues. Since I started, I’ve taken on a variety of roles that have given me broad experience and valuable insights. I began as program support to the project manager for a major change initiative within HR, where I contributed to strategic coordination and implementation. I’ve also collaborated with start-ups, helping to drive innovation and enable a transformation journey within a large-scale industrial setting.
My role involves a great deal of problem-solving, coordination, and structuring—challenges that continuously push me to grow and evolve both professionally and personally.
How does a regular week look like?
A regular week now includes a mix of client work and continued professional development. I spend part of my time facilitating workshops, attending meetings, and supporting planning efforts within a large-scale transformation project. Alongside this, I continue to engage in social activities, training, and reflection—elements that were central during the graduate program and still play a role in my development.
Having the opportunity to work hands-on with a major change initiative while learning from the talented people I met through the graduate program has been one of the most rewarding and growth-oriented aspects of my journey so far.
Can you share a memory from Influence People which you think represent our culture ?
The first memory that comes to my mind is when we were on a conference and broke the accomondation's record for participants on the morning workout. Everyone needed to squeeze themselves into a small gym with one instructor and we could not stop laughing throughout the whole workout. A great example of the positive and fun colleagues at Influence People!
Why start your career in our graduate program?
I believe that the main reason to start your career in our graduate program is all the incomparable colleagues you will meet. Only after the first days, everyone in the program experienced that it felt like we had known each other for so much longer. Something that has only grown even stronger since. The program is also incredibly well thought through, and has contributed to more laughs than I could ever imagined. If any of this sounds interesting to you, do not hesitate to apply!
